The Founders

Will

I’m a dedicated construction professional who started my journey at 19, working across various fields like painting, demolition, and renovations. This path led my brother Marvin and me to open our own stair and railing business, where I discovered my passion for hands-on work as the lead fabricator. Fast forward 18 years, and we’ve expanded our services to include building decks, fences, and garages, helping to bring outdoor spaces to life.
When I’m not working, I’m embracing my role as a dad to four amazing kids and enjoying life with our newest family member, Cody, our playful Aussie-doodle. We love spending time outdoors, especially on long walks together. I also have a passion for adventure—whether it’s hitting the trails on my dirt bike with friends or my brother, the thrill of the ride keeps me going!

Marvin

I started working with Will when I was 18, exploring various trades before discovering my passion for woodworking. Although I share a similar look with Will, I bring a different energy to our stairs and railing business as the sales lead. I’m responsible for meeting clients, taking site measurements, quoting, and managing projects. Today, I’m proud of the knowledge and skills we’ve acquired, allowing us to create functional outdoor spaces.Outside of work, my wife and I are avid dog lovers—at one point, we had four! Now, we’re happily settled with two dogs and our joyful toddler, Olivia, who brings so much happiness to our lives. We love spending time outdoors, whether it’s going for long bike rides or playing soccer and tennis together. To me, outdoor spaces are more than just backyards; they’re where you make lasting memories with family and friends.
